а) эк. (часть цены выпущенных акций, которую необходимо оплатить; при выпуске акций компания может потребовать оплаты только части их номинала, напр., 60 пенсов при номинале в 1 фунт стерлингов)
б) эк. (общая сумма внесенного таким образом капитала, т. е. общая стоимость выпущенных и оплаченных обыкновенных акций)
